Unit includes a kitchenette with microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, a small dining table (seats 4). Living Area includes 55” RokuTV and seating for 5. 3 additional futons available especially for smaller individuals and children. Fire-pit out back free to use by guests. House is maintained by a cleaning service. The sole occupant is my son who is available to handle any issues that arise. He lives in a separate area of the house with its own entrance.
