This home features an open floor plan upstairs to gather for pre-game fun and plenty of sleeping space for everyone with two full bedrooms and an office with a futon. With a kitchen island and table there is seating for 10 fans to enjoy some morning coffee before heading to your tailgate. Downstairs features a bed and a pull out couch in an open concept area that allows for additional air mattresses; which are available upon request. Everyone will wake up rested to a great view of the mountains on this quiet street. Three full bathrooms, two with double sinks, will leave no one without their own space to get dressed in their blue and white.

Justine our host was so easy to work with, quick to respond and very accommodating. The place was super clean with a comfortable homey feeling unlike at a hotel. After looking at many other places on line, Myself and all my guest were highly impressed with the place. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Our weekend stay for a Penn State game was awesome! House was very clean and spacious for our group. The owner, Justine, was very quick at communicating if we had any questions. I would book this house again for future trips!

Justine was attentive before and during our stay. The house was spacious and in good order. The location was spectacular, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. The bedding was a bit different than the pictures and the description. The lower level is one large open room. And I mention that because we had originally thought it was a true 2nd master bedroom with a private bedroom door but it is one open large area so the comfort factor is important if you have people sleeping on the pullout sofa. And the office with a futon is great for sitting but for sleeping we would recommend a mattress topper so the metal futon structure is not felt. So sleeping was a lil challenging but overall it was a great find. Note: there is a Keurig only, no coffee pot.

The house was perfect! It is super clean, the layout is great for a large group. Great location to get to the stadium. The host was awesome and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was great. Plenty of places to sleep and gather. We had had such a fun weekend visiting our favorite place. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Overall a great experience.

The house was perfect for the football weekend. It was actually bigger than the pictures made it seem! Plenty of room to unwind and relax. The open kitchen and living room was great for hanging out, watching tv, and picking on tailgate leftovers. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of floor space to accommodate air mattresses, should you need the extra sleeping arrangements. The owner was very courteous, friendly, and willing to help us if we had any questions. I would highly recommend staying here!
