Step into The Haven, your private garden-level escape where tranquility meets comfort. Enter through your own private entrance and stroll down the newly built steps into a backyard that whispers with the sounds of birds and crickets. Keep an eye out—momma deer and her fawn sometimes visit!
Please note: This is a basement-level walkout apartment. Owners will occupy the upper level during a rental.
Unwind on the shaded, covered porch or toast marshmallows at the small fire pit as the garden blooms (work in progress!). Inside, the spacious living room with a fireplace and 65” TV sets the stage for cozy evenings. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, then enjoy it at the intimate dining area. The king-size bedroom exudes luxury, with an attached bathroom also accessible from the living room, plus an extra twin Murphy bed for guests.
Just minutes from Notre Dame and St. Patrick’s Park, The Haven blends privacy, nature, and modern comfort—perfect for a peaceful getaway with a touch of magic.
