This house is on the corner of Angela and Pokagon, just two blocks from campus. Upon arrival, you can walk the rest of the weekend, although the two car garage and double driveway accommodates four cars. There are corn hole and croquet games to play outside in the two large yards. Inside there is a ping pong table in the breezeway and a three-way game table for foos ball, air hockey, and billiards in the basement game room. The bedroom linens are top quality and dinnerware and cookware are new as of June 2023. The entire house was painted in 2023 and updated lighting and new furniture were added, as well. The kitchen was totally remodeled in 2024. Notre Dame alumni have owned this house for the past 18 uears.

Irish blessing was clean and ready when we arrived. All guests had comfortable towels and linens. The house really was set up perfectly for out group which was 7 individuals(no couples). Each of our crew had their own bed and privacy wasn’t an issue. Everything was truly walking distance, once the house was stocked we walked everywhere. It was great!

The perfect house and location! We had the pleasure of staying at this home for Notre Dame graduation. The cleanliness and the decor created a welcoming atmosphere and the spacious living area and game room were perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Meals were easily prepared in a well-stocked kitchen and the comfy beddings ensured a restful night's sleep. The host was readily available to answer questions and to provide tips to make our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a great home and the perfect location.
