Clean and Neat!

Welcome! I’m so happy you’ve chosen to stay at my home for the weekend!

You will find that this house is a great place to stay. I bought this home in August of 2020, and it has been a true labor of love and a rewarding fixer-upper ever since. I hope you have a wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing visit. Please make yourself completely at home and enjoy your time here.

Below is some helpful information to make your stay smooth and comfortable:

Keys
You should have received the code to the lock on the front door in your rentlikeachampion.com confirmation. There are three keys that work on the front and side doors. Please return them all and place the lock back on the door when you leave.

Kitchen
Feel free to use any items in the food pantry. The garbage disposal switch is the 3rd switch on the left of the sink. Toaster is on countertop. You will also find pots/pans underneath counters. Paper plates, cups, and silverware are provided on the counter. If you use any home plates and/or glasses, please put them in the dishwasher. I will clean them afterwards.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms come with basic supplies if needed. Do not put ice, beverages, or a keg in the tub. These items should be placed in a cooler, fridge, or an appropriate container outside of the house. There is a half bath in the basement as well.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom will include linens and new pillows. I do not remove all our clothes from the bedrooms due to the quantity. There are full empty dressers in the guest rooms for storage. I do live in the house, so we appreciate your understanding on this.

Laundry Room
You may use the full washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board.

Smoking
There is no smoking in the house. You can smoke outside anywhere on the property. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly.

Pets
NO pets please. If a pet is brought, there is an additional $175 fee for furniture and carpet cleaning.

Recycle
I do recycle and ask that you please do the same. There is a recycling bin right outside the side door and a recycling container in the kitchen. You can recycle boxes, bottles, cans, etc. I appreciate your assistance in going green!

Fire Pit
Build yourself a fire!

Items you may want to consider bringing:

*Hairdryer and your own curling iron or hair straightener
*Bathroom products
*Cooler to take your beverages onto campus

NOTE: No kegs are allowed in the house or bathrooms. If you choose to have a keg, this must remain outside in an appropriate container. You are responsible for disposing of the keg and trash.

Before you Leave:

Place all trash/recycling in appropriate bins outside
Take all bed sheets off beds, and you can leave them on the floor.
All towels can be placed in the tubs/
All dishes, at the very least, need to be in the dishwasher.
All items in the house should be placed where you found them if moved during your stay.
