Renters must understand that the use of this home means being respectful of the neighbors, under no circumstances interfering with anyone's peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood. Good home for grad weekend with 2 small outdoor porches and good use of space. The location was also close to campus.

Wow! Perfect house for football weekend. Comfortably fits 4 families, bathrooms for each family. Brand new and 15 minute walk to campus. Could not ask for more!

This was a beautiful new house that was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. The way they've provided three bedrooms in the basement was somewhat confusing in the description, but was very ingenious in reality. Basically there's one full private bedroom with bath in the basement and then two additional Queen bedrooms separated by moveable walls (plus another full bath). While perhaps not as much privacy as a regular bedroom, these rooms were very useable.

Most convenient renting experience that I have had. The instructions are perfectly laid out, and the owner is okay leaving the house "as you would a hotel room." Nice layout with high bed capacity.

This home was the perfect place to come home to after very long days of twirling competition! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, the grocery stores were just minutes away and the University of Notre Dame campus was even closer. We were just a short drive or even a nice walk from Eddy Street. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings while enjoying the beautiful summer weather. The TV and internet were a plus to keep the little ones occupied and to allow the adults to get work done remotely when needed. Having the little touches of hotel toiletries just added to the whole stay!

It was a beautiful house. Close to campus and downtown. Liked that it was only a rental property. It was convenient having the properties caretaker living next door, especially when we could not open the lockbox.

Let me start with the positives. The house was very nice, was very clean, had great amenities, lots of towels, beer in the refrigerator, etc. We had two issues with the house though. The first was the TV. The AT&T U verse cable was very bad, would scramble often, would freeze, would totally reset where we would have no TV at all, one point for over an hour. I called the owner, the maintenance man, and Shonda. The only one I was able to reach was the owner. He told me he was sharing the server for AT&T with the house next to us and suggested Shonda could reset the server over at the other house. I don't believe anyone ever did that. We had an Alabama alum with our group and her only request was that we have a TV to watch the Alabama - Ole Miss game. Due to the TV issues, we had to watch the game in a bar, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when the Alabama game ended at 12:30AM. The bigger issue was the house was advertised as having the following: Main Floor - Living 1 Sleeper Sofa(s) There was no sleeper sofa. One member of our group had to sleep on a regular sofa. We would not have rented the house if we had known the sofa was not a sleeper sofa.

Very well done remodeled home. Has all the amenities and little extras that made it easy to have a great weekend football game stay (from towels to bathroom amenities to kitchen utensils and so forth). We had four couples and that was perfect. Plenty of full bathrooms (4). Two downstairs beds in long room with folding walls did not have a closet but there are plenty of places to store things. I echo Ann D's comment on the WiFi. It was pretty bad...but not bad enough to take away a 5 star rating.

Excellent property and super close to the ND campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything is brand new and beautiful. The extra amenities provided are such a nice touch (shampoo, paper products, coffee, etc), kind of like getting the extras of a really nice hotel with the convenience of staying in a whole house. The beds are super comfortable and the towels are of excellent quality. The contact person we dealt with was wonderful -- very helpful with anything and everything we needed during our stay. One drawback was the WiFi. It is currently connected through a router in the sister house next door and would only work on our devices when we were in the bedrooms on the side of the house closest to the neighboring property. This could easily be resolved if the owner puts a separate router in each house. The members of our group who stayed in the lower level rooms said they could hear everything that went on upstairs, but they still thought the house was wonderful and we all agree that if we travel to South Bend in the future we would DEFINITELY rent this house again.
