House was perfect for group of 12. Bad weather prevented us from using the backyard and pool that clearly would be a highlight in good weather (luckily no rain for the game). Stephanie accommodated us with a couple of special requests with no hesitation. Highly recommend the property.

Stephanie was great to talk to leading up to the game. She told us everything that was provided and what we needed. The house was perfect for our group n very close drive to Notre Dame . I definitely would recommend staying here for a football game. JOE J

Showing my age, I forgot that I had stayed in this home 4 years ago and liked it then. We made great use of the pool this weekend as it was HOT !

Three generations of our family stayed for 3 nights. It was perfect for all involved. We had a real nice gathering on Friday night. The deck and pool area are perfect for a pre game or post game gathering. Location is great.

The house was wonderful! Spacious, beautiful backyard, and perfect for a family gathering. Our kids loved the pool! We had the best time and would love to rent this house again!!

Labor day 2017 we stayed with 5 adults and 3 kids. We didn't see the kids the whole time we were in the house. They lived in the basement with Fooseball table. Great house for a pre/post game gathering. Deck and pool area are wonderful. 8 minute drive to campus. We had a great weekend an will be back.

The home is clean, spacious, and my large extended family thoroughly enjoyed being together in it. My grandchildren loved the pool and the toys in the playroom. Stephanie, the owner supplied everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen , bathrooms and outside on the patio. Located on a quiet cul de sac, the home was perfect for our mini family reunion and a football game that our team won. I would rent it again.

This is the second time this season that we rented this home. The first was with my wife's family that included her parents, siblings and high school and college aged nieces and nephews. This time we were with my family which included my brothers, cousins, nephews, spouses and four year old and under grand nieces and nephews. The set up was perfect for both groups, but especially for the little ones who enjoyed the use of the play room, play ground and yard. The house is clean and open for several groups to gather, whether in the basement, kitchen, dining room or the large patio. We certainly would rent it again if we were bringing a large group to a game.

We had a fantastic stay at this home for the Texas vs. Notre Dame game. I had a big family group with grandparents, kids, and we all enjoyed the great pool and patio area in addition to the nice home with big family spaces. The basement area with a sectional couch, huge TV, and air hockey table was really great for watching games. The kitchen space was nice as well. The 5 bedrooms all had great beds and the bathrooms were very clean. The home is in a quaint little neighborhood cul-de-sac with other nice homes around it. Very quiet with a very large backyard (in addition to the pool). It was very quick to get to the stadium as well. A great home for a big family group.
