The house was clean and suited our needs well. We had 5 kids with us, and the basement was a big plus. The only negative (and I should have checked) was that there is no kitchen/dining table in the house. There is a desk that converts to a table for 4 and a folding table, but it's tough setting them up for meals.

This house is perfect! The location is an easy walk to campus , the number of bedrooms and bathrooms are ideal , and the outdoor seating areas were great for enjoying the great weather and celebrating a ND win! We will definitely stay here again !

Very comfortable rental for graduation weekend 2017. 4 nearly identical queen bedrooms, each with a full bath in the "4 corners" of the house, with living space in the middle. Overflow sleeping area in the basement. We hosted a barbecue for about 20 people after graduation and had plenty of outdoor seating (which was stored in back yard shed) for it. All in all, a great place to stay!

We had 11 adults and were very comfortable. The walk to campus was easy for us as well. We certainly plan to request this place again our next time through.

Great house. The four ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our group of four couples for a football weekend. Clean, modern, up to date. Beer in the fridge and the gas grill available for use were nice bonuses. Check in and out was about as easy as it could be. Thanks for making this a special weekend.

Incredible house. Very spacious, nice yard, pretty easy walk to campus. Four en suite bathrooms a huge plus. We will be renting again for a future game.

The house was beautiful and well done. Great new updates and layout worked well for all. We had family in for a wedding so it was super easy to make arrangements, check in and out. Would go this route again!

This property was beautiful and all the ammenties were new and well maintained. When we needed an iron for clothing or towels, the property manager was quick to help us. We were very happy to be here and look forward to booking again.

House was clean, everything about the house was top notch. Everything we needed. Great memories were made and we were so glad we rented from you all. The whole process was very easy and convenient. So much better than renting a hotel.

Lovely home with all the amenities! Would definitely rent again. A gate at the top of the staircase would have been helpful as we had a toddler in our group.

Our group included 12 people, including five children. The property accommodated everyone comfortably. The house was great - well appointed with a spacious downstairs, which was perfect for the kids. Easy walk to campus!

I would give this 5 stars if three blocks closer to campus. We had four generations of family here for graduation weekend. The house could not have worked out better. Well appointed and equipped. Very walkable to stadium for a game (we hope to rent this house again for game). A bit too far to walk when dressed for graduation-type ceremonies, but a very easy drive to campus, grocery store, etc. Very comfortable and likely even more so when you can open the front doors and enjoy the spacious porch. Super easy check-in and -out.

Great house. Everything is new and is high quality. 4 bathrooms was a big plus with a large crowd. Will definitely look to rent again next time in SB.
