Excellent Location walkable to Eddy St Commons and Campus. Lisa was an amazing host welcoming us with coffee and fresh pastries. House has all your needs and is a quiet neighborhood. 10/10 - would recommend to families visiting South Bend/Notre Dame.

Our group of twelve adults were beyond happy with our stay. The owner and the Rent Like A Champion website, were both easy to work with. The house is beautiful and we were welcomed with fresh pastries and a fully stocked coffee bar. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of room to gather together. There was room for all the cars in the driveway and lots of yard space for games. We look forward to doing this again next season!!

The home was perfect for our party of nine adults---clean, homey and spacious. A number of nice touches helped put it over the top. The owner was most accommodating to us before and during our stay. Walking distance to campus was as advertised. Be happy to return.
