This cozy 1960's ranch home in a quiet subdivision just north of campus is perfect for your weekend visit to Notre Dame. You can walk to the stadium or to White Field and take the campus bus to the stadium. After the game, relax on the patio by the fire pit or watch the coverage on big TV.
The house has recently been updated with new 55" HD television, new beds and mattresses in both bedrooms. The kitchen was recently updated with a new dishwasher and refrigerator and one of the bathrooms was just completed remodeled.
The house has two bedrooms with queen beds. There are two full bathrooms. There is a TV room and a large living room with a fold out couch. An air mattress can be set up as well. The house has an open floor plan and the large living room has a wood fireplace.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people although it is very comfortable with 4 people.
The outdoor space is very welcoming. There is a small fire pit on the patio. There is also a gas grill, and seating area. The house is situated on a large lot in a quiet subdivision.
The fridge will be stocked with your favorite beverage upon request.

Nice hospitality having everything ready for us including air mattresses and pullout couches.

Nice house in a great location. We were a family of 5 and very comfortable in this place for 3 nights. The owner, Susan, was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay here again for an ND game.

Nice comfortable and close. We walked to campus - had a great Friday night on their outside deck even though it was raining cats and dogs... 2 things that were not perfect... Small kitchen table. 6 is max and second shower was not the best.
