Location was great, plenty of sleeping space, but there is cat dander in the house. I do not think the current owner has a cat, but the previous owner definitely did, and the cat smell is pretty prevalent. We had one girl who was not able to stay in the house because of her cat allergy. If there is no one in your group with a cat allergy, then it is a great house.
