It's hard to imagine a more perfect house to rent, or a more hospitable host. We just returned from our second weekend, and loved it once again. We can't wait to return.

Everything was very well organized. The home was very clean and set up for our visit. Plenty of supplies were available for our needs along with food staples.

Host had snacks for us, most of the refrigerator and freezer were available for our use and there were plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. A comfortable and quiet location.

Megan did a tremendous job at making us feel right at home with the treats and the beautiful house and the lovely landscaping . We will be renting this house in approximately 10 months and are looking forward to it! Jim and Kathy

Excellent host! The location is close to campus and the house is spacious and perfect for a family trip. The host went above and beyond expectations leaving snacks and detailed instructions for everything in the house. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Notre Dame/South Bend.

The house was perfect. Nice yard to hang out in, fairly close to campus and our host was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend renting this house.

Love so much about this wonderful home! We have rented it on multiple occasions- and have never been disappointed. It is an older home that is charming neighborhood- updated & so well done. There are plenty of beds with fresh, pretty bedding- and a beautiful "suite" in the lower level- off the cozy family room, where we spent a lot of time. Baths are very clean, and the fenced -in yard is private and pristine. The owners are gracious- with baskets in each bathroom of necessities, piles of fluffy towels- and even a basket of goodies on the dining room table. My favorite "home away from home"!

This house was excellent. It exceeded expectations and was perfect for our group. The owners are unbelievably nice and were extremely responsive throughout the process. Extremely accommodative and very welcoming with gift baskets and different items offered for tailgating such as charcoal, coolers, etc. Highly recommend this property!

We spent the past weekend in this beautiful home! The location is ideal as it is a short walk to campus. The home itself is warm ,clean, and perfect! The owners were so accommodating , even leaving things in the refrigerator for breakfast and essentials in the bathroom in case you forgot things like a toothbrush! Our group will definitely be looking to rent this home again for our annual trip!

The home was excellent and as was as advertised. We were made to feel at home and all aspects of the home were made available to us. The homeowners made sure that not only the home had all the available amenities of a hotel (such as toiletries and blow dryers, they also provide a very generous welcome basket and also made sure that there were paper good and supplies available - including charcoal for the grill. We would definitely use this home again!

Our stay in this home was a wonderful experience. The house is clean, comfortable and convenient. It is well-equipped. The walk to campus is pleasant and easy. Most of all, the hosts were anxious to meet all of our needs, and they exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend it!!

This house was perfect! The owner left goodies and staples to use which made our stay so much easier. The house accommodated 8 adults and 2 children with ease. Nice location, quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to ND. We would definitely rent again if we had the opportunity.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The home owner left us a nice welcome basket with snacks and some basic information to ensure we were comfortable. They also had little toiletry baskets in each bathroom with travel sized shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste/toothbrush, etc. for anything we forgot. Prior to coming, she was great in arranging some extras we could borrow for our tailgating (e.g. cooler). I would definitely recommend this place!

This house was just as described. A nice touch was the jam and other goodies left or us by the owner. I would rent this house again anytime!
