Full finished basement with bar, fridge, plenty of tvs and space , 3 full bathrooms. 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin size beds. white leather futon folds into full size bed also. Could sleep more if futon and sofas are included. Check in/out times can be flexible. Plenty of space and bathrooms. Hot tub on back patio!!

Very thoughtful hosts, cozy home--lots of space for a bunch of guests. Comfy beds!!! Nice quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time staying here. The owners were so hospitable and helpful. You could sleep more than the listed 8 people for sure in this roomy home. The basketball game in the basement was our favorite!
