This house is a short drive to the area's best restaurants and is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. Available with the rental is a pass for free game day parking at White Field (where most people park for the game). Free shuttle service to the middle of campus available at White Field Parking. Extra days available. Gluten free kitchen (owner has Celiac). Gluten is, however, allowed in the house by renters (we just scrub everything down afterwards).
The fully furnished home is perfect for relaxing before and after the game with a 50 in. plasma (blu-ray player and high-def cable), a basement theater (screen size ~115 in. with surround sound), and wireless internet. Game consoles (xbox one, N64), a collection of board games, a foosball table, basketball hoop, trampoline, and cornhole are all available for your enjoyment.
The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a newly-finished basement (updated pictures to come). One king bed (primary bedroom), bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has a queen, and bedroom 4 has a full bed with a twin size loft on the other side of the room. Rooms are large enough for air mattresses as well. Plenty of floor room on main level for queen-sized air mattresses (we have 1), and 2 sofas. Home has 3 bathrooms (2 full), a kitchen with quartz countertops, a large island and double oven, dining room, 2 large living areas and a basement theater and rec room.
If children are along for the trip, the home is child-friendly with toys, play equipment, a fantastic tree swing in a large yard in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Yard also has a gas grill, fire pit and a back yard that looks like a park. Bring the whole family!
Some toiletry items will be available in case you forget anything. And you will love the Welcome Basket with snacks and breakfast items. A Keurig coffee maker with k-cups is provided as well. Additionally, we will leave out fresh fruit and a new container of milk in the fridge for you.

This is an extremely comfortable, accommodating house perfect for big groups and kids. This house had everything we needed, my kids slept, and the owners were delightful to work with. If I come into town again with a big group, we will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. Everything was so nice and welcoming, from initial conversations with homeowners, the complete instruction book for us when we arrived, to the goody basket and the mini fridge of cold drinks. The home was clean and so sweetly decorated...it felt like a home away from home. There is plenty of room and sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms, basement and open living area. Backyard is a bonus for outdoor fun. My daughter , who is older, enjoyed it and said this home would be an awesome place for families with children too! The location is about a 15 minute drive to stadium and the parking pass was a wonderful bonus. White Field parking was convenient and offered shuttles to and from stadium. If we went back this would be where we would want to stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend at your home. Ian was so accomaditing with everything. The house was very clean. The welcome baskets very a nice surprise as well as toiletries I. The bathroom In case we forgot anything. We had grandchildren with us and they were in heaven in the yard. Very private and relaxing after the game. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. Would recommend this home to everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is much bigger than we were anticipating and very kid-friendly! We were able to relax in their welcoming home and if we ever come back, we will definitely rent it again! The proximity to campus was great and parking in White Field was a breeze. Wonderful experience!

Excellent property and would consider renting again. The walking distance to the stadium is too far for a night game.

The house is lovely and comfortable. We had 6 adults and found it very roomy for us. We'd definitely stay here again. :)

Great rental home! The homeowner provided snacks as well as a very helpful book that had a lot of helpful information (wifi password, how to work the tv, where to eat nearby, what to do nearby, etc.). The walk to campus is around 15 min. One thing that was a little burdensome is that our plan was to wash and dry all of the towels we used, but because the homeowner left clothes in the dryer, we were unable to do so. However, our experience overall was great and I would recommend this rental to anyone!
