This home is located inside the security gates of TPC Sawgrass, in the Cypress Creek subdivision, just 1 mile from the TPC Clubhouse. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The primary suite upstairs has one king bed with private ensuite bathroom. Two more bedrooms upstairs feature one Queen bed and one twin bed with shared jack and jill bath. We are able and willing to convert the twin bedroom to a Queen or King upon request. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, features a queen bed with office space and bathroom across the hall.

To each side of the screened patio are smaller open air patios, one under a lush palm tree, the other with a sun umbrella and views of the waterway behind the house. We frequently see tropical birds, fish, turtles, and the occasional otter!

All mattresses, linens, and towels are new for your comfort. We have two Air Doctor HEPA filters for two bedrooms as well.
