Our home is in Happy Trails Resort. The Happy Trails Resort is Surprise's premier gated RV community for individuals aged 55 years and above. It's a great place to come and get a great night's rest after enjoying the Super Bowl activities and game. Our neighborhood is very quiet in the evening/nighttime. There is a community pool and hot tub available.
