This house is located in a perfect spot! Walking distance to the Third 9 hole course or a quick golf cart ride to the club (approx 5-6min). This is our personal home that we care for dearly. You will find all modern amenities including 3 full bathrooms, a gym with treadmill and weight bench, media room with 85" TV and Dolby sound system, kids game room with Xbox and a pool with large backyard. All bedrooms have king size beds. The media room has a large couch and a pull out queen mattress. We also have king and twin blow up mattresses if needing more sleeping room. Our dining table can seat 8, along with 4 kitchen counter seats. The pool does have a child safety fence with gate if needed. This house will include a Bay Hill golf cart for use.
