Unbelievable renovation on a 3500 SF 1945 New England style house with 6 bedrooms, 9 beds, and 3 full baths. Situated on a half acre corner lot in a walkable neighborhood in the best part of town, this house is sure to please. The house features a full kitchen with top end appliances, knives, and glassware. A full basement sports a future theatre room and billiards area. The first floor features a master suite connected to the spa deck. The 400sf screened in porch is usable 3 seasons with remote ceiling fans and hammock. The outdoor deck has a gas fire pit and 6 person spa amongst a comfortable lounging sectional. The second floor features a full bath with original clawfoot tub and second floor balcony overlooking the front gardens and street.

1. Please treat our home as you would treat yours, and leave it as you found it!
2. No smoking inside the house or on the screened porch. Smoking is ok on the front porch on the gangway between the screen porch and the parking area. I do not provide an ashtray, you are responsible for disposing of butts. They do not belong on the ground please. $500 fine for any smoking in the house.
3. Certain pets allowed upon request, and only with written permission first. I cannot allow cats due to allergies. (let us know what you're bringing along)
4. No parties without prior notification! Only the guests on the reservation should be using the house.
5. When you use the kitchen please clean up after yourself and place all used dishes in dishwasher and start.
6. This is IMPORTANT! We are not responsible for any injury, illness or accidents that occur on the premises. This includes falling down the stairs, slipping on the driveway, drowning in the hot tub. We make every effort to make the place sturdy and secure.
7. We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings of the guest.
8. If you're bringing luggage on wheels please be mindful of the hardwood...While traveling up and down the stairs please lift the luggage as to not scratch the floors. (we love our hardwood)
9. Help us conserve energy!! Thermostats are NEVER switched to 'on'. They must be set to 'auto'. Upon checkout, all thermostats MUST be set to 65 November-March, 82 June-August, and switched 'off' April, May, and September and August. Leaving thermostats blasting heat or cooling when checked out will incur additional fees! Please help us conserve energy!
10. Unless for drinking games, no single-use plastic cups. No plastic cutlery of any kind. We have more than enough glassware and silverware. Do not buy it, we don't want it in the house.
11. We recycle. Our recycling is single stream, and goes into the green bins outside--Bagless. No recyclable products whatsoever are to go in the trash. That includes paper towels, food containers, plastic wrap, cans , bottles.
12. I charge $150 an hour to sort recycling if you throw it into the waste bins, with a one hour minimum. I cannot stress this enough. Do your part for environmental sustainability while at the house.
13. No glass whatsoever in the hot tub. I have hard plastic cups for use in the hot tub. It's incredibly expensive to get glass out of the hot tub and the guests will assume all cost.
14. Families. Do not expect this house to be child proof. There are cleaning supplies everywhere. These will not be put up for your stay. You are responsible for watching your own children.
15. Quiet hours outside after 10pm every night. No shouting, yelling, Neighbors are far enough away that you have to really push it for them to hear you. Enjoy yourselves!
