Great house only minutes drive from TPC, located on a private cove with very little traffic. Pool with private, tree-lined backyard. Cinema Room with full streaming services. Smart Nest Thermostats (3). Smart Yale Lock/Deadbolt, Long, Gated Driveway with plenty of parking for up to 3-4 cars w/ garage. On a non-through street. Within very easy 3 - 9 minute drives (many close to 4-5 mins) of Target, Walgreens, Fresh Market, Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Kroger, numerous variety of restaurants both chain and local. Within easy 5-7 minute drive of TPC Southwind Tournament Drive -- you come in from the north (clubhouse entrance) and avoid the busy traffic on the south side of the course. Very safe neighborhood. Public park with playgrounds for kids within easy stroller/bike/walking distance (less than half a mile). Kids (ages 11 and under) and pool toys included for use. Guest King is a Waldorf Astoria mattress, and Master King is a Casper mattress.

New Smart Monogram Oven. Second Dual Monitor office set up available in Guest BR. New Upstairs AC Unit (meaning all 3 units are now new over the last 4-5 years). Keeps house amazingly cool even in Memphis summer heat. Outdoor grill grates replaced with new for every rental. Extra propane tank provided. Automated Sprinklers.

2025 Updates: 2.1G Xfinity WiFi. Replaced inflatable pool slide. Three new loungers by pool. More available in storage shed. Outdoor dry-storage bins for pool toys/towels. Children's Upstairs bedrooms updated with desks suitable for ages 8-12. Xbox can be located in Media Room or Queen Bedroom upstairs. Beach/pool towels provided. Majority of backyard fencing newly replaced for even more privacy.

Dog(s) considered. We have 1 dog, a mini BerneDoodle, that is hypoallergenic and will be off-site boarded during the week. Pet cleaning supplies available at home. There is no "dog smell" in home.

NEW for 2025: Renting for entire event? Ask us about including an extra vehicle beyond your courtesy car. Add a 2024 Mercedes Electric GLS 450, loaded, seats 6-7. $2,000 for duration of stay.
