Located <10 minutes from PGA Frisco and built in 2023, we welcome you to our custom 4,500+ sq. ft. home.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. Also inside is a movie room with 83" 4K TV and 7.1 surround sound; high-end appliances including Sub-Zero refrigerators (kitchen, wine fridge and beverage fridge); wet bar; three car garage; ADT security/6 Google nest cameras (we will provide access to renters); 75" Samsung Frame TV in Family room; 45"+ TVs in all three downstairs bedrooms including the master; walk-in his and hers closets off of master bathroom; Mesh wifi network with fiber optic AT&T internet service with multiple wireless access points for internet in every room in the house and outside.

The resort like backyard gives you the perfect place to unwind. It has a large pool (18' x 36' and 6.5' deep end, and swim up bar), hot tub that seats 6 comfortably, putting green, two outdoor living spaces both with fireplaces and ceiling fans, large drop shade on the patio for privacy and temperature control and a cooking area (gas grill, gas griddle and pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, ice maker and hot/cold water sink). Both living space also have 55" TVs. 8.1 surround sound system that covers the whole backyard for music or TV sound.

A few other notes: Note 1) We currently list the house as able to accommodate 10, which it can do very comfortably. One additional bed room is currently used as a children's playroom, but has a high quality inflatable mattress, on-suite closet and dedicated bathroom. If the inflatable bed is needed, the house can sleep 11 or 12 people. Note 2) We are building out a dedicated golf simulator room (the planned space is currently a large unused attic). We expect this room to be complete several months in advance of the tournament and will provide photos as the project makes progress. We are currently in the architecture/construction quote stage. Note 3) We are replacing the bed in guest bedroom #2 (picture show room without a bed). A queen size sofa bed will be added, and we will upload pictures upon installation.
