Our home is a beautiful cozy space for families, Golfers and visitors alike. It is across the street (3 min walk) to the Memorial Tournament. Tucked away for privacy but close enough to enjoy the tournament with ease.
We have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All with cozy beds and linens. One bedroom is an in-law suite with its own kitchenette, shower, fridge, bathroom and side entrance. This is perfect for golfers who bring along a nanny, chef or help for the tournament! The door that connects the spaces can be locked off or remain open. Whatever you prefer.
The home obtains two very big cozy couches, a sun room, a surround sound theatre in the basement for the kiddos or anyone! There is a tv in every room. The backyard has a big patio for relaxation and beautiful mature trees. This is a very private space and neighborhood. There are toys for respectful play if kiddos come along. Windows allow beautiful sunlight to shine through during the summer!
For Children: On a cul de sac - safe for riding bikes and scooters. There is a park along the trail that meets in the cul de sac for play time and nature. If interested, there is a community pool nearby (5 min walk) that you can use! The backyard has two gas grills, huge patio, trampoline for the kids and lots of room to play and run!
