7 miles from Clemson- big covered porch

Beautifully decorated home with original art, huge TV, and large covered porch with gas firepit table and plentiful seating only 7 miles from Clemson. (The entrance to perimeter road/old stone church is only 3 miles) The porch is a delightful way to have coffee in the morning. There are lots of cozy blankets to snuggle under- inside and out if the weather is cool.

The home offers all the comforts of home with 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is also a laundry, and fully equipped kitchen, including a gas cooktop, oven, microwave and dish washer. Kitchen also has dishes, silverware, pots and pans, as well as casserole dishes and other utensils needed to cook.

The dining room seats 6 and also has a coffee/tea station with a percolator. (ground coffee provided) There is also a milk frother and half and half provided. The induction tea kettle heats quickly and there is a large selection of teas to choose from.

Living room fetures a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, and huge TV. There is original art all through the home.

Beds are all firm memory foam mattresses with linens included. Black out shades in the two secondary bedrooms and black out curtains in the master.

The gold and Blue bedrooms share the guest bath and are in a separate part of the house. The master bedroom is across the house from the other 2 bedrooms off of the living room. The kitchen, living room and dining rooms are open to each other.

It's feels like "Home" because it IS a home.
