We have a very cool, modernly decorated duplex - just a few minutes walk from the Navy Stadium. It's also very easy to get to historic Annapolis, restaurants, shops, grocery etc.
The house has four bedrooms and two futons (we make into a king) in the lower level rec room with a privacy curtain.
We have rented for many years and what I think is so great about our house is that we have so many amenities. We also have a very cool backyard with a built-in fireplace, brick grill, and GREAT HOT TUB!
This is NOT a party house - it is a place to relax with family and friends. If there is anything that we can do to make your stay better - just ask.
We have lots of family friendly things like a pack-n-play, kids toys, games, bikes, piano, darts, etc.
We have a small driveway and plenty of free street parking as well. It is a 1-mile walk to city dock.
