- Not too many rules to stay at my house, I just ask that you respect my home and the quiet neighborhood and clean up after yourselves.
- House is close to Westgate entertainment district and Arizona Cardinal's Stadium, Harkins Theaters Gateway Pavilions 18, Gateway Pavilions. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
- All guests have access to the entire home, with a full kitchen, casual dining area, a 60" flat screen in living room, plus three guest room and WiFi with WiFi extender to ensure total/maximum WiFi coverage, plus a separate private bathroom to each rooms.
- The living room TV has cable wih 200+ channels, Netflix, Pandora, Hopper Arcade, Vevo, HBO, Sho, Max, and Starz, there's also a Roku box connected to TV if you desire other viewing options. 6 person dining set, full kitchen with gas stove, full-size fridge, sink, microwave, coffee/tea makings, toaster and a gas grill outside and gazebo are great for entertaining. All of the appliances can be available for you to use.
- One room is downstairs with private bathroom, while two rooms are upstairs - the two rooms upstairs will share bathroom if both rooms are occupied.
- Please make sure to list the correct number of guest that will be staying.
- If you or your guests have a car, parking is only allowed on property driveway, in front of property, opposite side of the street - NOT on sidewalk and NOT front of driveway (DO NOT block driveway).
- I provide clean sheets, pillows, towels, body-wash, shampoo and lotion for all guests.
- Many restaurant, fast food, and grocery options are only a 1/2 mile away. The city bus service (Phoenix Metro) stops few mile from the house and can take you to the airport or anywhere you need to go.
-I should be able to steer you in the right direction on where to go, eat, or what to do in the city.
- The house is non-smoking. Smoking allowed outside only but please pick up your cigarette butts. No drugs on the property. If you like to drink, please be responsible and drink in moderation. I will not be cleaning drunken mess.
- I don't mind if you make yourself at home, but I ask that you be relatively clean. If you spill something, clean it up, etc.
- Check-In and Check-Out can be flexible depending on guest’s arrival/departure time.
