Our home was built in 1960 and has two stories. There is one private bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. Downstairs there are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two twins. There is a small bonus kitchen and family room downstairs as well. The driveway will accommodate 4 vehicles and on street parking is available. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, shops and popular night spots are all within minutes of your front door!

The upstairs living area will make you feel right at home. Find your place on the comfortable sofa and put your feet up and enjoy watching a movie or football game on the 65” Smart TV.
