Our unique home is just minutes from downtown State College. It features beautiful outdoor spaces, a large open kitchen, 4 full-size bedrooms, a loft bedroom and 3 full bathrooms.
There is a large deck in front of the house and a private backyard for your outdoor enjoyment.
Parking is available either in the paved driveway or on the street in front of our home only.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood- please keep this in mind when requesting to book. Large parties of more than the maximum guests (13 guests) are not permitted.
There is also bike path access just down the street.
Tussey Mountain Ski and Recreation and Rothrock State Park are a short 10-minute drive. Rothrock State Park is home to over 300- miles of great hiking trails and numerous mountain biking trails. Tussey Mountain offers go-carts, mini-golf, Par 3 golf, a driving range, a skate park, and batting cages.
It’s an ideal spot for family get-togethers, and reunions with friends, while enjoying a relaxing game day weekend in Happy Valley!
