Family friendly home in a quite neighborhood just minutes from downtown (1.5 miles) , campus (2 miles) and the stadium (3 miles). Spacious ranch features a partially finished walkout lower level with full bath and bedroom as well as an expansive backyard which overlooks one of State College's many parks! There are numerous restaurants and CATA bus stops within quick walking distance. We have a doodle dog that lives in the home. They will not be present for the rental and the home will be thoroughly cleaned, but want to make that known for anyone who might be sensitive.

Linens, towels and cleaning service are included. Wifi and Cable (including ESPN and BTN) included as well.

We know why people want to come to Happy Valley for a home football weekend; there is a ton of fun to be had! We love to tailgate and go to the football games too, but this is our home. Strictly no parties are permitted during rental period. We live in State College Borough and there is a noise ordinance from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and 9 am to 7 pm on Sunday. Only the people within the rental party will be allowed in house during rental period and the homeowner reserves the right to not rent to groups with people under 25 within their group (multi-generational families excluded).
