The home is in a good location. It is about 15 to 20 minute walk to get to campus. Michael was very helpful with answering questions. For an older home, the first floor and second floor are very nicely done and comfortable. The outdoor porch is nice and spacious. The basement stairs are a bit tight, and the basement sleeping area and bathroom areas could use some TLC. The kitchen is adequate, but could use a toaster and a dishwasher. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

The inside of the house was very nice. The outside of the house, especially the gutters and the backyard could use some TLC.

We had a wonderful weekend at this home celebrating our son's graduation from Notre Dame. The house was perfect and had everything (and I mean everything) we needed. It was very walk-able from the stadium and Compton Ice Arena, which made things much easier than using multiple cars. Bill was amazing to work with and I would recommend working with him on this home to anyone. We loved our ND Commencement experience!

House was very clean and having 3 TV's in the living room was pretty cool.

The house was great for our football weekend stay! Neat and clean and very comfortable. Backyard was perfect for grilling and enjoying the fire pit. The media wall was enjoyed by all. Everything we needed was there plus lots of small nice touches. Bill was a wonderful host. Stairs to the basement were a little steep and we would have liked a bathroom down there, but it didn't effect my family's stay at all. Location was fantastic. We loved walking back and forth to campus. Would be very happy to stay here again.

Wonderful house, very responsive owner. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern, the kitchen has everything you need. Three TVs in the main room so you can binge watch sports. The tailgating supplies in the garage were a fantastic bonus too, with several coolers, tables, and ND cornhole game. The only negative, which is certainly not enough to drop the house below 5 stars, is that there is not bathroom in the basement (where the bedroom with the bunkbeds is). So four guys sleeping down there had to go up a narrow staircase in the middle of the night to get to the bathrooms. Given that there is extensive plumbing down there for the washer/dryer etc, it seems it would be very easy to put a half bath toilet/sink in down there for those staying in the downstairs bedroom. But again, this is a suggestion for improvement, I'd rent the house again in a heartbeat

This is the best rental yet in South Bend. The updates and cleanliness were a must for my wife. The TV system was a home run for the boys. The extras in the fridge and cupboards was icing on the cake. Cant beat the location.

This is the third house we've rented from RLAC, and it is by far the best! The back yard was great, there was plenty of off-street parking, and the bunk beds were great for our large crowd. The best part, though, was the proximity to the Stadium and to Eddy Street Commons; we didn't need to get in our cars all weekend! The owner was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great weekend. We can't wait to stay here again next year!

I also own a house off Angela that I rent for football weekends and this one blows mine away. I honestly could not have come up with all the small details and amenities that this house had to offer. I will recommend and stay at this house for every single came I can attend!
