Primary suite has a coffee bar, soaking tub, and 2 person shower. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms are also on the second floor.

Main floor is an open floor plan with two islands in the kitchen. The kitchen is completed with all GE Monogram appliances, and two dish washers. The oversized dining area leads to the side yard which has a covered patio with a fire place and hot tub.

Off of the dining area, enjoy the Kentucky spring evenings under the covered porch and with a TV and oversized sofa, or enjoy the 6 adult hot tub. Also outside, you will find a Weber grill and a Kamado Joe smoker.

Living room has a large seating area with a 65’’ TV. Off of the living room is a playroom with a full bathroom. The play room can be converted to a bedroom with a queen bed upon request.

Basement is fully finished with a bar with a kitchenette, including a refrigerator, microwave and sink. The basement suite has a king bed. The basement living room includes a 77’’ TV and sound system.
