The house is a grey and white Dutch Colonial with a spacious backyard, garage, patio, and deck. What is being rented is a two bedroom basement apartment, completely furnished with wall to wall carpeting.
NOTE: the distance to the stadium listed above is from Google Maps, which is the standard driving distance to the stadium used by Rent Like a Champion; however, the actual walking distance is .7 of a mile.

For your convenience and safety, the walkway to the backyard and the private entrance to the apartment are flood-lit from dusk until shortly after sunrise. You will be provided with a Continental breakfast, snack cake, coffee & tea. Each bedroom has an alarm clock and charging units with cables for cell phones, both android and iPhone. A full size air mattress is also available for you. Just please let us know if you would like to use it. The master bedroom has an electric "wood stove" and the living room has an electric fireplace that adds ambience and comfort to your visit. Toiletries also include shower caps. The Irish Blessing shown in the Photo Section is actually a wrap which you are welcome to use during your visit. The ND stadium blanket is for your keeping warm during the game. This is a basement apartment completely separate from the upstairs, with its own private entrance. It is air-conditioned with an automatic window unit assisted by an automatic dehumidifier. The TV is a Magnavox Roku. Please feel free to install any free shows or games that you would enjoy. There are also a number of paid for TV channels that are available to you free of charge. There are several books, many no longer available, about Notre Dame history for you to browse through. A couple were written or co-written by the Rockne quarterback who lived here.
