OUR PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE. Factors such as the number in the rental party and length of stay are important. Our present home is a large ranch with beautiful landscape. We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main floor. One bedroom is called a "mother-in-law suite", with a private bathroom. It has a regular double bed. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private shower and bath. The third bedroom has a single bed. There is a third bathroom in the hallway. The great room has a large sofa that could be used as a bed. The sun room also has a sofa, which also can be used as a bed. We could provide an air mattress in the study that has doors for privacy, if there is a need. The use of an air mattress could also be used in the great room and the sun room to allow more sleeping capacity. The basement area has a built in kitchen with a full size refrigerator,oven, and microwave as well as a full bath. There are two bedrooms. One room has a twin bed, the second has a double bed. The floor is tiled, with a pool table. There is an exercise room for your use. We have four cats that would be confined to the basement/storage area or removed by request. I am mentioning this in case the renters have allergies.
