Enjoy your football weekend with us in our American Four Square/Prairie Style house tucked in an historic neighborhood near the St. Joseph River.

Our Mishawaka home offers quiet bed-and-breakfast accommodations when you come to cheer for your favorite team. Relax in our comfortable bedrooms, gather in the living room near the fireplace or find a cozy spot in the den.

Our two upstairs bedrooms offer two queen-size beds, televisions, easy chairs, lots of windows, central air conditioning, central heat, and share a private bath. The office can accommodate a fifth guest on a double-high twin air bed. A second full bathroom is located on the first floor. Your party of four or five will be our only guests.

Your stay includes daily breakfast of a hot homemade entrée, various cereals, muffins or pastries, fruits, juice, coffee and tea. The dining room is available for your use anytime you please. And our backyard deck and garden are ready for a casual breakfast, a picnic lunch, a dinner hot off the grill or post-game refreshments.

Located five miles from the stadium and a few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and other conveniences. A short walk takes you along the river, through a city park and a Japanese garden. And a public golf course is nearby.

Your two-night stay Friday through Sunday may be extended an additional night at a reduced fee of $225 for your party. The extra night includes our Summer Breakfast of assorted cereals, fruits, yogurts, freshly-baked pastries, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea and juice.
