How do I rent a home for a football weekend?
Find the property would like to rent, and click Book It!
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time varies by property, but default check-in is 5pm Friday, and default check-out is 12PM (Noon) Sunday. Refer to the property listing page for specific times. If your stay requires longer a duration, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
What happens if I need to cancel my rental?
Rentals terminated prior to 60 days in advance of the rental may receive a 50% deposit refund. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days in advance are non-refundable.
How does the security deposit work?
DDP will place a hold on your credit card for the security deposit in the amount of $1000. If a security deposit is paid via check, the check will be held until conclusion of the lease. The security deposit will be fully refunded provided there is no damage to the property during your rental.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credits cards through Google Checkout. You will be redirected to Google Checkout upon completing a rental contract.

What does DDP Owned mean?
DDP Owned means that this house is owned by RLAC founders, and is guaranteed to include: Beer Pong Table, etc.

DDP Certified means that this house is certified by Rent Like a Champion to be one of our best properties. DDP Owned means that the property is owned by Rent Like A Champion, and therefore you can be assured that the house setup is ideal for your football weekend experience.

Once you select RentLikeAChampion.com as your rental agent, we market your home via a variety of online marketing vehicles in addition to adding your home to our website.

We will actively market your home, screen potential renters, execute a rental agreement, and collect rent for you in advance of the rental weekend.
What else do I need to know?
Football rental home owners need to provide a clean residence, fresh linens and basic household amenities for the renters. Your home is protected from damage by our rental agreement and security deposit. If you have additional questions, contact us!
How much do you charge?
Unlike our competitors, its free to list your property at Rent Like A Champion!
Our commission structure is 15%, with a minimum fee, and we only get paid if you do. Our commissions are 25% less than our competitors. My home is no longer available for a certain game. What should I do?
Removing your home from a game is easy. Simply enter a price of $0 on the property edit screen for the particular event and you will no longer show up in our listings.
