How do I rent a home for a football weekend?
Find the property would like to rent, and click Book It!
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is typically Friday at 5pm, and check-out time is typically Noon on Sunday. Check the individual house listing page for specific times.
What happens if I need to cancel my rental?
The Lease may only be terminated by 45 days written notice from landlord or tenant. On condition that tenant cancels the lease, the reservation deposit will be non-refundable.
How does the security deposit work?
DDP will place a hold on your credit card for the security deposit in the amount of $1000. If a security deposit is paid via check, the check will be held until conclusion of the lease. The security deposit will be fully refunded provided there is no damage to the property during your rental.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept cash, check, or PayPal.

Renting your home on Rent Like a Champion is easy! Just follow these simple instructions.
How does it work?
Once you select Rent Like a Champion as your rental agent, we market your home via a variety of online marketing vehicles in addition to adding your home to our website.

We will actively market your home, screen potential renters, execute a rental agreement, and collect rent for you in advance of the rental weekend.
What else do I need to know?
Football rental home owners need to provide a clean residence, fresh linens and basic household amenities for the renters. Your home is protected from damage by our rental agreement and security deposit. If you have additional questions, contact us!
How much does it cost?
Unlike our competitors, it's free to list your property at Rent Like a Champion!
Our commission structure is 15%, with a minimum fee, and we only get paid if you do. Our commissions are 25% less than our competitors.
